It all started 8 years ago when the Cohen Brothers noticed a dearth of fresh roasted deliciously strong coffee in the market. Oh sure you have your usual burnt coffees that taste strong but lack any depth of flavour or character, but the true quality coffee beans were absent. What the market needed was Blaze Coffee!

It all starts with sourcing premium beans from exclusive micro lots on top farms around the world. Then we roast them with our unique roasting formula by our certified master roaster, bringing you only the freshest most perfect beans in every small batch of artisanal coffee.
